Annual General Meeting

Further to today's announcement titled 'Update on Publication of Annual Report and AGM', the Board announces that the resolution to adjourn the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was duly passed, thereby enabling the adjournment of the AGM to 15 December 2021 at 11.00 a.m at the offices of finnCap at 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.
