Board Changes
DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, announces that Paul Goodson and Ian Gray, both previously Non-executive Directors of DX, have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
The Company also confirms that an update on trading for the 26 weeks ending 1 January 2022, the first half of its current financial year, will be issued tomorrow morning, in line with its reporting calendar.
