Confirmation of Board Appointment

DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Liad Meidar as a non-executive director, with immediate effect. 

On behalf of all the Directors, the Chairman would like to welcome Mr. Meidar to the Board.

Regulatory Disclosures

Liad Yehuda Meidar, aged 46 years, has confirmed that, other than the information disclosed below, there are no matters to be disclosed under Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. Gatemore Special Opportunities Fund, which is managed by Gatemore Capital Management LLP, of which Mr. Meidar is Managing Partner, owns 101,503,538 ordinary shares in the Company and 13,250,000 CFD's over ordinary shares in the Company. Mr. Meidar is also Managing Partner of Gatemore Capital Management LLP.
