Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs

DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier, 2-Man and logistics services, announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") have been granted share options ("Options") over Ordinary shares of £0.01 each under the DX (Group) plc Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"):

The Options were granted at an exercise price of 25.82p per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The Options were granted on 28 January 2021 and will be exercisable from 1 March 2024 at the end of the three-year SAYE scheme savings contract period.
