Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, announces that it has received notification of exercise from a Participant in the Company's Performance Share Plan 2017 (the "PSP") in relation to the exercise of 36,328 share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1.0 pence (the "Exercise") pursuant to the PSP.
Accordingly, following net settlement of these Options, application has been made for a total of 21,236 new Ordinary Shares to be issued to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 9 August 2023.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 604,900,491 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. Accordingly, the figure of 604,900,491 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following the Exercise, there are options outstanding over 35,330,380 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.84% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
