DX, the leading independent parcels, mail and logistics network operator, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders today, and are available on the Company's website.

DX's Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 November 2014 at 10am at DX House, Ridgeway, Iver, Bucks, SL0 9JQ.
