Response to media article

DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, notes an article published by The Sunday Times on the weekend of 11/12 February 2023, titled, "The driver, the logistics firm and the 'espionage'".

The Group confirms that on Friday, 10 February 2023, it received a claim from Tuffnell Parcels Express in relation to confidential competitor information being obtained by DX in the past. Matters referred to in the claim were subject to a corporate governance inquiry and investigation by DX, the conclusions of which were reported by the Company in an announcement made on 20 September 2022. The Group intends to defend its position robustly and will respond to the claim in due course.

As matters are now subject to legal proceedings, the Company will not provide further comment until the appropriate time.
