("Eagle Eye", the "Group", or the "Company")
Eagle Eye ranked highly amongst Best Companies to work for in the UK
Eagle Eye (LSE: "EYE"), a leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing, is pleased to announce it has received a 3-star accreditation rating from Best Companies. This is the highest level of accolade, which represents 'world class' levels of employee engagement. The Company, which employs over 170 staff, is additionally ranked number 8 in the UK in the Tec hnology sector, and number 7 in the South East overall.
Best Companies has over 20 years' experience in helping organisations measure and improve employee engagement using a robust methodology, with their accreditation standard certifying excellence in the workplace since 2006. The Best Companies b-Heard survey powers the Best Companies to Work For League Tables, helping organisations understand how their employees think and feel about their work. Eagle Eye is a company that places the success and happiness of its people at its heart. In responding to the survey, between 90-100% of employees felt proud of their organisation, happy with their work and home-life balance, and that the company was encouraging charitable activities.
This achievement comes after the implementation of a number of people-focused initiatives. In the last year we have strengthened our compensation reviews to incorporate loyalty and to reward people based on the value they bring. A number of changes have been catalysed by our 'Purple Women' initiative; including family-friendly policies that offer parents more flexible working patterns, enhanced leave packages, and additional support on their return to the work; together with education and support of health-related issues impacting employees. We are also proud to be parternering with 52 Lives this year, a charity built around the concept of kindness, where we support a family in need each month.
Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies, said: "Eagle Eye should be very proud of their achievement, demonstrating world class levels of engagement. This accreditation is recognition of all they have done to be a best company to work for, and always putting their people first."
Tim Mason, Chief Executive of Eagle Eye , said: "I am delighted we have done so well in the 'Best Companies Survey.' It is testimony to the effort and kindness of each and every one of our managers that they have achieved this recognition. More than that, it shows that collectively the Eagle Eye team are creating a 'purple' place to work, and that our hard work on maintaining excellent employee engagement and company culture is paying off. For us, purple is a short hand for living our values of Integrity, Passion, Teamwork, Innovation, Excellence and Kindness. I am thrilled."
