Crowd for Angels (UK) Limited Bond and Warrant
Verditek plc, (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells lightweight solar panels, has received a notice to exercise warrants to subscribe for 1,032,530 Ordinary Shares at a subscription price of 2.75p per share and a request for a partial redemption of the Company's corporate "green" bond to a value of £28,395 from Crowd for Angels (UK) Limited and this has been approved by the Company's board of directors.
Application has been made for 1,032,530 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to occur on 3 November 2021. Following Admission of the Placing Shares, Verditek will have 342,204,973 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
