                                 EASYJET PLC


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a Block Listings of 5,871,892 ordinary shares of 25p each of
EASYJET PLC to be admitted to the Official List. The shares to be issued are
in respect of the Company Share Option Scheme and the Share Gift Scheme.


The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
