easyJet plc


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 4,400,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:

800,000 shares under the easyJet Non Approved Discretionary Share Option Scheme;

600,000 shares under the easyJet Approved Discretionary Share Option Scheme;

3,000,000 shares under the easyJet Key Employee Pre-flotation Share Option
Scheme.

It is expected admission will be granted on 10 January 2007 and that trading
will commence on 11 January 2007.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
