easyJet PLC

                       easyJet plc ('the Company')


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.



These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:



Scheme                                              Shares

easyJet  plc Pre-flotation scheme                4,700,000
easyJet Switzerland Pre- flotation scheme          300,000



All employees employed by the Company as at 31 July 2000 with 3 months minimum
service are participants in these share option schemes.



It is expected admission will be granted on 12 January 2006 and that trading
will commence on 13 January 2006.



When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
