easyJet plc announces that following the approval of the proposed amendments to
the easyJet Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held on 21 February 2008, the following directors and PDMRs were awarded
the following shares under the LTIP on 29 February 2008:

In accordance with the Rules of the LTIP, these awards will vest in three years
subject to the satisfaction of Return on Equity targets measured by reference to
a three year performance period as follows:
