easyJet Plc Announces Board Change

easyJet plc ("easyJet") today announces that Sir David Michels, easyJet's Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director has decided to step down from the Board following the end of his second three year term at the end of 2011. David will remain as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director until then and easyJet has already started the process of recruiting his successor.

Sir Michael Rake, easyJet Chairman said: "On behalf of the easyJet Board, I would like to thank David for his work as a Board member over the past five years, including his time as Chairman of the Board from July to December 2009. David has made a very valuable contribution to the development of easyJet".
