As previously announced on 25 November 2004, Jeff Carr has been appointed
Finance Director with immediate effect.  He replaces Chris Walton who remains on
the board until 18 March 2005.



On the date of this appointment, Jeff Carr is interested in 5,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each in easyJet plc.



There are no circumstances to be disclosed in accordance with the Listing Rules
6.F.2 (a) to (g).



There are no further matters to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph  16.4
of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
