easyJet PLC 01 December 2005 easyJet plc Board changes 1 December 2005 As previously announced on 1 September 2005, Andrew Harrison has today been appointed to the board of easyJet plc as Chief Executive. He replaces Ray Webster who has resigned as Chief Executive and a director of easyJet with immediate effect. Andrew Harrison has been a director of RAC plc and is a non-executive director of Emap plc. In addition, Professor Rigas Doganis has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Rigas is an aviation consultant and strategy adviser to airlines, airports, banks and governments around the world. He is Chairman of the European Aviation Club in Brussels and a non-executive director of South African Airways and a director of Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. Sir Colin Chandler, easyJet Chairman said of Professor Doganis's appointment, 'I am delighted to welcome someone with Rigas's calibre and experience to the board of easyJet plc.
