the Companies Act 1985, that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have
a notifiable interest in 24,913,586 shares of the Company. This amounts to 6.08%
of the issued share capital of the Company.

Part of this holding may relate to hedging arrangements for customer
transactions.
