Our profit guidance, stated at the time of our interim results release in May, remains unchanged; we now expect total revenue per seat for the current fiscal year to be slightly ahead of last year. During the month even more passengers were able to take advantage of easyJet's unique combination of the lowest fares to the best destinations following the launch of six routes from our most recent base - the Swiss city of Basel. easyJet is now selling 29 routes from Basel and Geneva, which strengthen our position in Switzerland in the run-up to our biggest-ever Winter schedule. This will consist of around 15 million seats between 63 airports for travel up until the end of March 2006, including the peak skiing season.' Earned seats include seats that are flown whether or not the passenger turns up because easyJet is a no-refund airline, and once a flight has departed a no-show customer is generally not entitled to change flights or seek a refund. Earned seats also include seats provided for promotional purposes and to staff for business travel. 2. Represents the number of passengers as a proportion of the number of seats available for passengers. No weighting of the load factor is carried out to recognise the effect of varying flight (or 'stage') lengths. 3. Represents unaudited statutory revenue, which includes the invoiced value of airline and ancillary services, net of passenger tax This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange
