Results of Extraordinary General Meeting in connection with the proposed
purchase of Airbus aircraft


easyJet announces that earlier today, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company, the Shareholders approved the purchase of 120 firm Airbus A319
aircraft and rights to elect to purchase, at the same basic price, up to 120
additional Airbus A319 aircraft in accordance with the Airbus Contract, details
of which have been announced in the Circular to Shareholders dated 24 February
2003 (the 'Circular').


Words and expressions defined in the Circular shall bear the same meaning as in
this announcement.
