Sale of Two ex-GB Airways Aircraft

easyJet Airline Company Limited ('the Company'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of easyJet plc, has signed an agreement to sell two A321 aircraft.  The sale will complete upon delivery of the aircraft to the purchaser in early 2009.  The terms of the transaction, including the price and identity of the purchaser are confidential. However, the price (denominated in US dollars) is in line with the Company's expectations.
