Additional Listing


Application has been made to AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange plc, for
the admission of 735,799 ordinary shares of 25p each (the 'New Ordinary 
Shares'). It is expected that admission will occur on 24 September 2007.

455,142 New Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant the exercise of share
options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and 280,657 New
Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the Enterprise Management Incentive
Option Agreement under the Thomson Intermedia plc 2000 Executive Share Option
Scheme.
