ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

 

Ebiquity announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 together with the notice of AGM have been published and will be sent to shareholders today.  Both documents are available on Ebiquity's website at www.ebiquity.com/investors/.

 

AGM

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 11 June 2024 at the offices of Hogan Lovells, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG. 

 

This year the meeting will be held in person and shareholders may also attend by videoconference. 

If you have any questions about the arrangements or would like details of how to join the meeting please email Lorraine Young, Company Secretary at companysecretary@ebiquity.com by 10.30am on Monday 10 June 2024.  Please note that if you wish to attend the meeting by videoconference, you will be asked to confirm certain personal details so that we can verify that you are a shareholder.

 

Shareholders are encouraged to submit a proxy form appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy and giving instructions as to how they wish their votes to be cast.  Details of how to do this are given in the notes to the notice of meeting.  The deadline for forms of proxy to be received is 10.30am on Friday 7 June 2024.
