Appointment of Chief Executive Officer, Americas

In response to fast-growing client demand in America, Ebiquity plc, the data-driven marketing performance specialists, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Yoder to the newly created position of Chief Executive Officer, Americas with immediate effect.

Mr Yoder spent five years as President and CEO of digital marketing analytics firm Webtrends Inc. where he previously served as Vice President of Sales, a role he also held at Touch Clarity, the automated behavioural targeting software company acquired by Omniture in 2007. He currently serves on the board of Trueffect Inc., a first-party ad-serving technology company as well as acting as an advisor to Lytics, a customer data platform. He joins Ebiquity's executive team with a remit to leverage Ebiquity's global capabilities in The Americas.

PJ Leary, CEO of Ebiquity North America, will become Chairman of Ebiquity Americas, with responsibility for its market-leading media value measurement services which he has built up over the last 11 years.
