Appointment of Finance Director


Thomson Intermedia (AIM: THN), the media insight group, has appointed Michael
Uzielli as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 April 2007.

Michael Robin Uzielli, aged 36, brings a broad range of operational and
financial management experience having worked initially in the City and then for
six years at British Airways.

He qualified at Deloitte & Touche before joining the corporate finance
department of Schroders in 1996, now part of Citigroup.  Between 2001 and 2003
he worked in the British Airways Investment and Joint Ventures unit before
becoming Finance Manager for Gatwick & the UK Regional Airports.  For the last
three years he has been Finance Director of AIRMILES; within this role he was
also responsible for a number of operational and infrastructure activities.

David Trendle, the current Finance Director, will be leaving the Board on 31
March 2007.  He has agreed to assist the Group until the end of April to cover
the announcement of the second interim results for the 12 months ended 31
January 2007.


Michael Higgins, Chairman of Thomson Intermedia commenting:

broader corporate understanding from his six years with British Airways and
background in the City.

period of substantial development including the successful acquisition of
billetts.'

In the last five years Michael Uzielli was a director of Air Miles Travel
Promotions Ltd. No further disclosures are required to be made under Schedule 2,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
