On 6 July 2004, John Napier, the Chairman of the Company, sold 19,761 ordinary
shares of 25p each at a price of 56.5p. Following the sale of these shares John
Napier is now interested in 220,000 ordinary shares which represents 0.77 per
cent. of the total issued share capital.
