Director Shareholding



The Company was informed yesterday that Michael Higgins, non-executive chairman,
acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (the 'Ordinary Shares') on 3 May
2007. The purchase price for these shares was 121p per Ordinary Share. Following
this acquisition Michael Higgins holds 34,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
