Thomson Intermedia plc ('Thomson Intermedia' or the 'Group', AIM: THN), a
leading provider of media intelligence, today announces that further to the
announcement on 23 January 2008 Michael Uzielli's resignation as Finance
Director and from the board of the Group will be effective from today, 22
February 2008.
