DIRECTORS' DEALING
The Company announces that Nick Waters, Chief Executive Officer, has today been granted an award over 1,796,745 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan. Alan Newman (Chief Financial & Operating Officer) has also today been granted an award over 385,017 Ordinary Shares under the same plan. This plan is subject to a performance target based on Earnings Per Share being met over a period of three years from the date of grant.
