Investment Trust plc that, following acquisitions of 260,114 ordinary shares of
25p each ('Ordinary Shares') in total, Eaglet Investment Trust plc now holds a
total interest of 2,523,412 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.06% of
the issued share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name of HSBC
