Notice of interims results



Thomson Intermedia PLC (AIM: THN), a leading provider of media intelligence,
will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2006 on
Wednesday, 18 October 2006.



A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday, 18 October 2006
at the offices of College Hill Associates, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4.



The Group expects to publish a statement about its transition to International
Financial Reporting Standards shortly before the interims results.
