Thomson Intermedia received notification on 10 March 2005 from Credit Suisse
First Boston (Europe) Limited (CSFBEL) that, following acquisitions, as at 8
March 2005, Credit Suisse First Boston group of companies now holds a total
interest of 873,045 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing approximately
3.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
