Statement re Competition and Markets Authority ("CMA") final clearance notification
CMA confirms no competition concerns
Ebiquity plc ("Ebiquity"), a leading independent media and marketing consultancy, welcomes today's announcement that the CMA has unconditionally cleared the proposed disposal of its Advertising Intelligence business to Nielsen Media Research Limited ("Nielsen"). This confirms the CMA's Provisional Findings last month that the transaction does not raise competition concerns.
Michael Karg, CEO of Ebiquity commented:
"We are delighted to receive the CMA's final clearance decision and confirmation that their investigation has found our planned disposal does not raise competition concerns.
