Thomson Intermedia plc
Year end trading update
Thomson Intermedia plc, a leading provider of media intelligence, is publishing
today a trading update for the year to 31 January 2006.
The Board are pleased to report that both the original Thomson Intermedia
business and Billetts, acquired in August 2005, have performed well. The Board
anticipates that the Thomson Intermedia group as a whole will report results for
the year to 31 January 2006 in line with market expectations.
The integration of Billetts into the Thomson Intermedia group is well underway
and on course for new product launches during the second quarter of the current
financial year. The organisational changes are in progress to enable the
combined group to capitalise on its increasingly strong client base with both
existing and new products, as well as increase market penetration across its
product suites.
The Group expects to report its preliminary results for the year to 31 January
2006 in mid April 2006.
