                             DIRECTOR  SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified on 20 December 2006 that Janine James, wife of Timothy
James (a Director of the Company), purchased 25,000 of the Company's ordinary
shares at 55 pence per share on 20 December 2006.

After this purchase, Timothy James is interested in 121,000 of the Company's
ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.36 per cent. of  the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
