        365 Corporation plc establishes presence in North American rugby
         market through acquisition of e-Merchants Inc., the owners and
                operators of RugbyRugby.com, for US$1.65 million

365 Corporation plc ('the Company'), the provider of content, community and
communications services across multiple digital platforms, today announces the
acquisition of the entire issued share capital of e-Merchants Inc. which
operates RugbyRugby.com, a leading North American rugby news and services web
site.  Following on from the success of Rugby365.com, the acquisition further
solidifies 365 Corporation's established strength in the online rugby world.

US based e-Merchants Inc. provides a range of services for players, fans, and
administrators, including a 24-hour news service, an on-line match scheduling
service, club listings, fixtures, results, a rugby merchandise store and a
comprehensive rugby club search engine.

The total consideration for RugbyRugby.com will be satisfied as to US$250,000 in
cash and 351,250 shares, with contingent consideration of up to 208,333 shares
being payable if it achieves certain targets in the financial year ending 31
January 2001. At last night's closing 365 share price on 23 December 1999 of
250p, this equates to an effective initial consideration of approximately $1.65
million.

Established in December 1998, RugbyRugby.com has grown to be one of North
America's leading sources of rugby news and information. RugbyRugby.com is
distinct from other online rugby sites in that it provides in-depth coverage of
the sport in 1st Tier Internet nations, such as the US and Canada, in addition
to the traditional rugby nations. Unique user numbers for the month ending 30
November 1999 were approximately 43,000.

RugbyRugby.com has an exclusive arrangement with the US Sports television
channel, Fox Sports World. Fox is the primary broadcaster of rugby in the United
States. Its broadcasts can be seen in up to 65 million US homes. RugbyRugby.com
is the official Rugby Website of Fox Sports World and the site is promoted
during every rugby broadcast. RugbyRugby.com will be
featured during Fox's coverage of next year's Six Nations, TriNations,
European Cup, Super 12 and Currie Cup competitions.

Fox Sports and RugbyRugby.com are in discussions to develop an e-commerce
partnership that will see rugby merchandise offered to viewers during and
after rugby broadcasts both via the Internet and the telephone.
RugbyRugby.com also has an exclusive arrangement with the United States men's
national rugby team, the Eagles.
