     365 strengthens grip on Formula 1 website market with acquisition of
                               Formula-1.co.uk


365 Corporation plc (365), the leading digital media and communications
company, announces the acquisition of the Formula One website,
formula-1.co.uk, for a consideration of £250,000, payable in cash and shares.
The acquisition of Formula-1.co.uk will add to 365's existing motor-sports
portfolio centred on the flagship product, planet-f1.com and will strengthen
365's dominant market position in this rapidly emerging part of the sports
market.


The acquisition builds on 365's success in delivering strong revenue and user
growth in the online Formula One market.


To satisfy part of the consideration, 365 shall issue £75,000 worth of its
shares at the average closing price for the five business days prior to
completion. An application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be listed upon issue.


Founded by Earl Alexander, who will join 365 following the acquisition,
formula-1.co.uk has earned a cult status amongst F1 fans for it's no-nonsense,
grassroots appeal. The acquisition brings 365 approximately another 80,000
highly valued Formula One users and a raft of unique content and resource.
