27 June 2002: Eckoh Technologies PLC: Additional Listing

Pursuant to a resolution of the members at an Extraordinary General Meeting
dated 14 January 1998, options in respect of 640,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p
each have been exercised. The Shares rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company.

Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List and for these shares to be admitted
to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Copies of this announcement are available from the Registered Office of the
Company for the period of 14 days from the date of this announcement.
