Eckoh Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that, pursuant to its offer for
Intelliplus Group plc ("Intelliplus") being declared unconditional in all
respects on 10 September 2003, application has been made for a further 56,390
ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading
on AIM with dealings in the Shares expected to commence on 15 January 2004.

These Shares represent those valid acceptances which the Company has received
from Intelliplus shareholders between 29 December 2003 and 2 January 2004.
