Eckoh Technologies plc (the "Company") has today issued 79,099 ordinary shares
of 0.25p pursuant to the exercise of Eckoh share options by a Symphony employee.


An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made and dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on Thursday 24 August 2006.
