Eckoh Technologies plc ("Eckoh") has today issued 20,337 ordinary shares of
0.25p pursuant to the exercise of Eckoh share options by Symphony employees.


An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made and dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on Friday 25 August 2006.
