Eckoh plc ('Eckoh') has issued 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p pursuant to the
exercise of Eckoh share options.
An application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has
been made and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Monday 26
March 2007.
The board of Eckoh announces that following the issue of 750,000 ordinary shares
referred to above, Eckoh now has in issue 196,509,576 ordinary shares of 0.25p
each.
