                   Appointment of new Chief Executive Officer

As indicated in August 2005 at the time of the restructuring and flotation of
Symphony Telecom, Martin Turner is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of
Eckoh with immediate effect.

Nik Philpot, currently Chief Operating Officer will replace Martin Turner as
Chief Executive Officer.

Martin Turner will remain on the board of Eckoh as the Group continues to
explore a number of strategic opportunities.

Peter Reynolds, the Chairman of Eckoh Technologies commented:

opportunity to thank Martin Turner for his contribution as CEO over the last 5
years and wish him well in all his future endeavours. We are delighted he has
agreed to remain on the board in an executive capacity".
