Eckoh Technologies plc ("Eckoh") today announces that David Best, Non-Executive
Chairman, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect to concentrate on
other business interests.

Peter Reynolds, who is currently a Non-Executive Director at Eckoh, will assume
the role as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Martin Turner, Chief Executive Officer, Eckoh commented:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to take this opportunity to thank David
Best for his valuable contribution to Eckoh over the last 5 years. We wish him
well for the future."
