Update on Relationship with Cactus TV
Further to the statement on 26 February 2006, the Directors of the Company have
concluded the review of their relationship with Cactus TV ('Cactus'), the

The Directors feel that they can no longer continue to work with Cactus and have
terminated their relationship with immediate effect.
As previously stated on 16 January 2007, there has been continued growth in the
second half of the current financial year to date and the Board continues to
believe that the prospects for the Company are very positive.
