Statement regarding possible sale of Symphony Telecom Limited ('Symphony')
Following the announcement made on 13 February 2002 regarding the possible sale
by 365 Corporation plc ('365') of Symphony to Convergent Communications plc
('Convergent'), the Board of 365 confirms that it is no longer in discussions
with Convergent.
The Board continues to examine its strategic options regarding Symphony, and is
making good progress implementing a restructuring program designed to eliminate
operating losses going forward from Symphony. 365 expects to release its results
for the third quarter on 7 March 2002.
