The Company was notified today by Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited ("
USS") that following the purchase of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company it
is now interested in 10,900,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 4.00 per cent of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
