The Company has received notification that following the purchase of 450,000
ordinary shares in the Company, Peter O'Reilly has an interest in 8,395,000
ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
representing approximately 3.06 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
