                     Increase in shareholding in subsidiary

Eckoh Technologies plc today announces that it's subsidiary Intelliplus Group
plc has acquired a further 44% of the issued ordinary shares of Avorta Limited
from Systems Union Group plc for a total cash consideration of £500,000. This
increases Intelliplus Group plc's interest in the share capital of Avorta
Limited to 93%.
