Eckoh Technologies plc have issued 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p each as
follows:



Pursuant to the above-named Company's Employee Share Option Plan options over
150,000 Ordinary shares of 0.25p each have been exercised. The Shares rank
pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.


An application for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Wednesday 1st October 2003.


Copies of this announcement are available from the Registered Office of the
Company for the period of 14 days from the date of this announcement.
