Eckoh Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that, pursuant to its offer for
Intelliplus Group plc ("Intelliplus") being declared unconditional in all
respects on 10 September 2003, application has been made for 48,973,538 ordinary
shares of 0.25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on
AIM with dealings in the Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on 15 September
2003. These shares represent those valid acceptances which the Company has
received from Intelliplus shareholders as at 10 September 2003.
